We identify what clinicians need to know

CME/CE is a rigorous, highly regulated field, requiring providers to do their homework.  In accordance with ACCME guidelines, Minerva conducts a thorough needs assessment before developing programs to uncover learning gaps between current practice and the latest evidence-based data. Once genuine educational needs are established, we set formal learning objectives that are specific, clinically valid, and measurable.  These are then submitted to CME/CE faculty, providers, and accrediting bodies for ratification.

We work with respected faculty and CME/CE providers to develop targeted and measurable program content

Creating clinically relevant and memorable program content is a team effort. Minerva has long experience in working with faculty experts and accrediting groups to develop CME/CE content and formats with maximum appeal and audience generation results. Led by an experienced Nurse Practitioner, Minerva teams understand what medical professionals want—courses that are medically credible, dynamic, and motivating, enhancing their skills in patient care.  We make sure that the important CME/CE outcomes are measured, not only to gauge program impact, but also to provide appropriate CME/CE documentation.

We provide meticulous program management and logistics support

Perception is everything—the smallest overlooked detail can impact the success of CME/CE learning.  Minerva’s professional meeting planners leave nothing to chance when scheduling faculty and coordinating event logistics for medical center briefings, dinner programs, symposia and a wide array of educational activities.  From site selection and room setup to travel arrangements and post-learning surveys, we deliver outstanding, cost-effective program coordination and execution to ensure participants receive the most favorable impression of a CME/CE activity. Faculty members rave about our attention to detail.
